Maria du Toit is widely known and loved for her mesmerising clarinet performances on stages across the world. Originally from South Africa, she is currently based in Europe where she specialises in solo and chamber music performances.
NEW ALBUMS WITH CHANNEL CLASSICS
On 15 November 2024 Maria's new album with Dutch pianist Vera Kooper for the label Channel Classics, featuring all-women composers, was released worldwide. In September 2024 Maria recorded another album for Channel Classics, due for release in 2025, on which she presents three new clarinet concertos, all dedicated to her, with the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra and maestro Arjan Tien.

CONCERT TOUR TO CHINA
In October 2024 Maria toured South China with pianist Henry Kelder. They gave performances in Guangzhou, Foshan and Shenzen.

CONCERT TOUR TO INDOENESIA
In April 2024 Maria went on a concert tour of Indonesia, together with pianist Tobias Borsboom. The duo gave concerts and master classes in Jakarta, Medan and Yogyakarta.
